WLB depends on what department you are in. Be prepared to work when you get home and weekends. Tech stack is dated. Lean staff, fat execs.

good tech, most people are nice, good WLB. comp is your average NY level and not comparable to the financial firms. most former coworkers ended up in FLAG, just an indicator of the competence of the folks here.

I often work with FW folks. Fast paced with good WLB. If you are in tech, pretty good tech stack across teams. Comp is standard across Comcast based on location I think.
