Can’t schedule a call after an on-site

Had on-site with Dropbox last week.
Recruiter shared that feedback would be ready by this week.
Call was scheduled for Thu, but he got pulled to another meeting. I instantly shared my schedule for Friday. But he was unavailable. So I shared schedule for Monday-Tuesday.
Each time I share my schedule, I got response only next day.
In the email, they want to share feedback and next steps.
I felt that interview went well. But why they can’t schedule this damn call? I also shared that I have couple on-site scheduled for this and next week, could that be the reason?
What should expect in the call?
