Remote or hybrid for Zoominfo?
Recently accepted a software engineer offer from Zoominfo. Will the company ask employees to return to office? Recruiter said they might go hybrid in the second half of the year or so
Did you negotiate being remote with your offer? Most people are expected to do hybrid and relocate last I heard. But you can apply to be fully remote. Not sure about all of the requirements
I did! In the initial call, he said that it can be hybrid. During negotiation, the recruiter said it will be fully remote but when I was filling up the final forms after signing the offer, he told me to select hybrid-remote since there were only 3 options available 1. Full-time(5 days in office) 2. Hybrid remote( 3 days in office) 3. Not applicable That’s why I’m confused what the future entails

Hybrid is the "standard", but you can probably negotiate your way into remote
