I have a new grad offer from FB, and an interview with MSFT coming up. Realistically, will MSFT come close to the FB offer? Or is interviewing a waste of time, as it won't be able to up my Facebook offer in any way.
What's the blind community's thoughts?
Also, offers from what company's can realistically drive up a FB new grad offer of 160K TC and 65k sign on.

It's absolutely worth considering them for the right team and project; money matters, but shouldn't be your highest priority right now (and honestly, 10-20k is nothing, even if it seems like a lot right now).
