If I know the exact process I can go back and ask the recruiter or the recruiting coordinator to check if it can be arranged. I just don't want to screw the chances just because of the 1 initial technical phone screen. I am confident in systems design , domain knowledge and general coding as at my work I spend good amount of time in designing. But I haven't practiced LC style questions.
On sites have a domain-specific coding challenge which depends on your domain of interests. Your teammates will actually conduct this interviews so itโs nice. Then thereโs another design interview that is also domain-specific. You are expected to touch every aspect of the systems both at a high level and a low level when necessary. You should be able to call out the trade offs understand the technologies, the algorithms or the names of the related services involved.
Then the last one is with the hiring manager. They dove into more specifics about what you did, what went well, what went wrong and how you handled it. They also discussed your working style in more details, and see if itโs a good fit for the team and the scope they had in mind, etc.
Can i know for what team , position did you interview for?
2X initial interviews you mean 2 rounds of 1hr long telephonic ? Are they both coding ? Are they both Twitter tagged on LC ?
