      @worst-case That's right. So much so that it has become a meme. If you faked it to make it, make sure you are meeting/exceeding the expectations than complaining about PIP when you don't perform well. Don't expect to be pampered when you get complacent.

      Not really, a lot more people are put on focus to meet the pip quota. The poll will give an indication of that and how many people are under pressure of being on it this OLR. Also the post is not just about the poll it is asking the people in trouble to comment what they are doing about it.
