  • It could have been worse. Lessons I learnt
    1. Don’t walk around wearing gold ornaments
    2. If you are being mugged give away what you got and don’t try to resist
    3. Don’t leave your toddler in middle of the road

    • @Microsoft well, you are using a gun to defend your iPhone other person might be using it to steal and feed his family. Guess who would put a tough fight. Also everything I said applies to everyone - age, gender and health condition. But developing a lifestyle around ready to dispatch gun doesn’t apply for everyone.

If this goes unchecked, as it might because of the heavy left leaning mentality, it's not going to be a long time till they will start stabbing you. Mark my words.

The reason it made it to the news is because that area is really safe. Meawhile there could be shootings in Oakland everyday and it wont make it to the news.

The robbery aside, the kid in the stroller could have crashed into a car!! That is terrifying.

this is story of mostly every city in bay area now a days except very few rich areas. police’s hands are kinda tied with so much politics and change in laws by state govt and criminals don’t care as most of charges goes under misdemeanor.
