I appeared for interviews at Uber - L5b/L6 in last few weeks of November.. It's almost 2 weeks now and no updates from recruiter - yes or no.

I've not got any reply on messages as well. During and before interviews there was regular follow up and calls too.
I just wanted to let some days pass if there is some decision making and delay due to Thanksgiving etc.
My performance in interviews was satisfactory except in bar raiser where I forgot to mention critical thing about tech stack I had worked almost 7 years back. Manager's comment was that I haven't lead big teams which is fair since I mostly worked in small teams and startups and was never people manager.
Last 2 rounds were coding 2 and bar raiser. Coding - it was medium question and We ran all testcases successfully. No follow-up questions. Some discussion on complexity where I made a mistake.
So not sure where is my case? I don't have much hopes now but there is lingering thought that why no rejection email/message/call

am not expecting much in overall feedback after 3+ weeks delay. Though it was mentioned - that debrief happened in tail end of last week. So I might have lost to better candidates. I didn't mention critical point in bar raiser - that was so obvious to me and subconsciously I assumed that we already talked about that. Also not being leading multiple teams technically was 1 negative point I had recieved from hiring manager. Most of my recent experience has been startups so team was always 5-8 people max. I kept the discussion on my actual contributions and overall product direction, tech, product market fit etc.
It's done deal now. Would share updates here if anything useful in actual feedback comes up.
Uber is really looking to get strong ICs and if you coasted through most of your interview, you should be able to get it.
They don't even interview most people for L6
