I was expecting senior and thought I could bump up numbers but they are smart/overconfident, they gave a lesser level and then bumped it up so I couldn’t ask for more.
If they had told it’s because of interview feedback and stick to that level 3 it would make sense. Hmm 😕
I need to get back to them in 2 business days. Do offers always have such small time limits?
7 years is all in the US, software engineer role.
The experience did not match my expectations of where I want to spend my next 3 or more years.
