Currently in a fin role. Hitting the 3.5 yr mark. Got promoted to a Sr 6 months ago. Thinking about switching jobs and have few interviews lined up.
Got an offer from Workday. Down-leveled one position so not a Sr. Total TC inc. bonus 136k (RSU offered but I haven’t included it in TC)
Current tc: 109k
Worried about the downlevel since I heard promos at WD are slow. Almost feels like I will have to start all over again hence slow career growth. Interviews at other firms are for a Sr role. What would y’all do? Accept or continue interviewing?

I usually don't worry about the titles.
I check for:
1. Do I want more money and will this offer give me?
2. Will I learn new things that I want to?
1. Levels are not consistent across all companies.
2. I am more excited about the work I will be doing and whether the work will push me to expand my perspective, skills, knowledge.
Etc etc, hope you are getting my drift.
HMs ask this question mostly to understand your personality and mindset.
