  • WLB: this is gonna depend a little on which project/team you are assigned to. I have had zero issues. People work generally when they want and there is zero expectation that someone works beyond a “normal” amount of hours. Vacations/time out of office are always respected and there’s no expectation to communicate with anyone about work in that time.

    Career growth: kind of depends what you’re looking for. As they have grown, they have become more structured as far as career advancement and if you are an engineer, there are clear guidelines on how to advance. But “growth” is subjective I guess. If you have a pending offer and have questions, I would ask recruiting to put you in touch with a manager and you can ask anything you want. They are always willing to do that.
