Does Google give the new Health Insurance on joining?

I am moving from Amazon to Google next month. Just want to understand if Google gives the insurance to new employees with full benefits or it is prorated based on when you join?

Also, does one get the chance to open an HSA account at the time of joining?

    You have coverage from your starting day. They will ask you to pay out of pocket if in case of an emergency and then file it with the insurance once you have your id.

    Yes, I think so. Also, this is the question to ask candidate onboarding team. Just shoot them an email, they will give you better info

    Donโ€™t know about Google. But every time Iโ€™ve moved to a new company Iโ€™ve gotten their health insurance from day 1. I wouldnโ€™t expect that not to be the case.
