Update to previous thread about failing all interviews

Hi friends! I'm back with an update. After a few months, I finally got around to doing my redo interview for Google. I wanted to share an update on how things went so I can get your honest advice & opinion!

My interview was for L5, and I'm guessing that I got Hire or strong hire, hire, and 3 lean hires. Recruiter is suggesting we do team match, and expect L4 from hiring committee.

Currently I'm a 62 PM at Microsoft Atlanta (MCOL) but permanently remote, and being put in for 63 in a couple of months during the fiscal year review. I'm also in a really great team and work on things I'm passionate about.

TC is 200k at Atlanta, 6 yoe, 3 in PM. Based on this, do you think L4 at G would be a good career move?
