  My current TC is at 185k. YOE:5 and a half.
  But I was interested in how this company handles those things instead of asking for a raise/promotion

It is not yearly it’s quarterly, they review quarterly and if you are good(and your manager thinks that) you can receive anytime else it can take longer than year at times.

  Thanks for the answer! Interesting that it’s quarterly and not yearly like most places. I’ve also heard bonuses are quarterly and RSU is manager dependent. Sounds wild.

  RSUs are yes manager and team/product dependent. I spent a lot of time in crap product team doing wonderful work which was high impact and high visibility across functions but never saw a penny in RSUs

  I got approx two year's salary divided into 4 grants in last 2.5 year. My veasting period for first grant is 3 year and for last 3 grant its 4 year. Company changed vesting period to 4 year lately.
  
  People are getting crazy amounts too. I'm just lucky and average guy.
