Will software companies move to WFH post covid ?

Many companies such as FB, Twitter have already allowed permanent WFH. Some other companies like Microsoft, Google allow partial WFH.
Do you think most software companies will allow either permanent or partial (at least 3 days WFH) post covid ?

The vaccine can’t be mandatory is also a moot point. When there’s reduced travel restrictions for vaccinated people, most will just gonna do it. From the current media propaganda fiasco, frankly it will also be “socially mandatory”.
Then every company will be back in the office full time
WFH is a benefit that many people on my team have already stated they will leave for if not given the option post covid, because they already moved out of the city.
