What is required apart from Data structures and System design

Hi ,

I am 2 years experienced in python networking automation.
Whenever I see any job description , I see there is only requirement for full stack developers.
Everybody is doing web development only in this field from small company to big companies.
I don't know in which domain I should move for a next switch.
Please can someone show me the right direction?
