What do think the companies think about blind ? The devs were earlier exploited for low wages but now there’s a lot of transparency regarding company culture, wlb, pay, growth etc.

    For the longest time tech companies used to have a clause disallowing employees to form unions. Blind is the closest tech has come to forming unions. Unions protect workers and employers hate when workers get protection.

    Transparency around comp and working conditions is bad for companies. Blind has tangibly effected the hiring difficulty for Amazon so has indirectly increased comp

    Amzn losing mils becoz of that, before they start losing bils, they should acquire blind for mils and shut it down.

    I would say recruiters at these companies hate Blind . They are having real hard time convincing people
