Due to a mistake by my current HR, I thought my salary was increased to 180K from 135k. Now HR "corrected" the mistake and dropped my salary to 143k.
I am actively interviewing.
However, I told the recruiter that my base is 180k before I learned about the "correction". Now they are preparing an offer, should I tell the recruiter that my salary is actually 143K?
YOE 15.
