Talking to HR and senior company leaders. Does anything you read on Blind from your employees lead to you to drive any change in your org? Or is it just a bunch blah, blah, blah, b@#&*g and moaning from your point of view? #hrissues #blindimpact

At Indeed the CEO openly acknowledged he is looking at these "anonymous forums" not necessarily in a negative way. A lot of respect for him.

Remember when Monster, CareerBuilder and HotJobs were the leaders in the job board world?

Indeed will be like that too.

HR here. I can confirm that almost all CEOs in major tech companies are aware of Blind whether they love it or not.
Companies will never openly acknowledge this, but it has become something that they can't just brush off.

They don't have to brush it off, just ban the use of it and threaten to fire anyone who uses it.

  • Our leadership hates Blind. I think that proves they are doing something right.

So they read it. That's a start. Subconsciously it may drive change. Do they talk about it in meetings or informally?

Not really Visa. They can ban the use of it like TikTok.

Certainly amplified a lot of the shit going on at Uber in 2017 that led to changes

I think we will also see more consistent offers in a single company and across companies since this information is more available and up to date on Blind
