Any recommendations for services that help write a good resume? I am Director level FANG and hoping to find a new role - but haven't written a useful resume in a decade. What do recruiters look for these days?

The higher you go the more you need to rely on your network for transitions. If you're relying on only a resume as an intro, you've already lost. I'd hit up your network of former googlers to see what they're up to. There are some executive headhunting firms, too. I haven't run into anyone amazing, but perhaps your peers may have leads.

All that being said, in the end, you'll have to send someone your CV. At your level, it's expected that it will be multiple pages. Treat your CV as a way to tell a story about your career, your strengths, and who you are as a leader. Don't forget to include external accolades: stuff like publications, invited talks etc.

Edit: seriously tho, TC and YOE??
