Recruiter is asking how was your interview with team 5 days after interview and to talk to her for follow up . what should I expect ?
It is a conversation starter. Keep your response simple and short while showing excitement. Recruiters sometime approach candidates before discussing with the team. They want to check your pulse, confidence levels and then reach out to the team to get their feedback. It may involve way getting feedback from way too many people and also some paperwork.
In my experience this has always been followed by positive news. No idea why that's the lead-in. Guess it'd be awkward if you said it went great and then they rejected.
