Background:
Current Company: Amazon L5 4.5 YOE TC 200k
I interviewed several companies and got the following offers:
Dropbox IC3 Seattle
200K Base + 500K## Equity + 20K sign-on. 15% target bonus and has refresher.
Airbnb G8/L4 Seattle
Still negotiating offer but seems to me the highest I could get is around :
185K + 420K Equity + 40k sign on, 15% bonus and 90k refresher.
Google GCP Bay Area
Initial offer is low,
167K + 259K equity( front loading policy)+ 25k sign on
LinkedIn Bay Area
175K + 300K equity + 40k sign on. 10% bonus No refresher
I am struggling with Airbnb and Dropbox mainly because Airbnb is my dream company and I love traveling and definitely also like Airbnb’s product.
But compared to Dropbox offer, there is a 60k difference and also Dropbox gave me higher title. Dropbox team is also nice and solid. But my concern for Dropbox is more on its future and also not very interested in its products. Not thinking about Google too much because it offers lower pay and not exciting team.
Please advice.

Don’t have enough data points for ML/Research roles (but again it really depends on teams even within the same org)
Not worth working for your dream company if they’re down leveling and paying you less. Worse case you can hop from DB in a year.
Title is more important. And dropbox/airbnb cultures are quite similar. You can also learn a lot from dropbox engineers - they're solid.
