Tesla experience!

So I ordered a Tesla M3LR and have the worst experience ever!! After months of delivery delays, I finally got the car delivered to my driveway today.

And now I am not able to unlock the car and get in! The Tesla app just won’t connect with the car. After hours on the phone with Tesla - Tesla roadside wants to tow the car back to the service because of the issues they are seeing on their end.

I am DONE! This is so stressful. It has been over a month since I paid for the car.

When I mentioned I don’t want the faulty car that is being towed and serviced - I am told to wait for month or so for delivery of a similar configuration model 3!!!!!

Seriously! What’s wrong with TESLA?? Does anyone had similar experience and is there something I can do at this point !

Tesla clearly told me they do not have loaners and their ownership ends once the car is delivered to your door step. They are also offering refund while I wait for the car.

    Ya it's a mess. Most Tesla fans just suck it up. I am sure Tesla, Elon, your service advisor everyone knows this is more of a norm than exception these days. Probably due to chip shortages, it's fair to give that benefit of doubt to them.
    From your post I see that they are offering all what they can to mend the situation.
    Take the refund or return the car completely, if not wait for the replacement in 3 months.

    Sorry your experience sucked. You are not alone.

  • Just FYI- I have not driven or touched the car from inside. It’s just delivered to my driveway and it doesn’t work.
