San Francisco resident taxes?

I’ve never lived in SF but was considering. Googling and found there’s a 0.38% payroll tax. Assuming those are for employees of an employer who is located in SF.

If the employer is outside SF but if a resident just lives in SF, are there any additional taxes? Tc 500
