The grade is E5 I am not sure avout the TC yet. I wanted to have a rough idea.

The target bonus is 10%. The RSUs for levels are fixed here so they might be offering you 400-600 RSUs. Base should be around 125K. Ask for higher sign on bonus and relocation if applicable
