Running the gauntlet of on-site interviews, curious how difficult each company’s interview process has been for people

There isn’t really a way to rank options in polls so vote for for all options that were difficult to get into or you have heard are hard to get into

Tried to pick out popular mid-big sized companies

Quant/trading interviews don’t really belong on polls like these. They’re almost always *significantly* more difficult and they’re not hiring at scale like all these other places are.

They’re usually looking for a very particular candidate

Imo snap and Dropbox are notably the hardest here as far as algo questions go. I’ve heard Roblox is pretty hard too but never interviewed there

    Didn’t bother with instacart

The others more or less felt the same. I know google can be difficult if you have hard interviewers, mine were easy/medium. Facebook was probably the easiest tbh just because I knew it was top 100 LC so I just did those

For me asana was the hardest because it was the only place that asked a broad OOD with minimal coding and I bombed. Only place I didn’t make it past the phone screen
