It seems that PSC at Facebook is going from twice a year to once a year after the end of 2021. How will this change performance multipliers/ratings, refreshers, and promotions? Is it still possible to get promoted after a single half (or an odd number of halves)?

3. No idea about refreshers - assume it will remain the same
