I have been applying for jobs with Uber, Doordash, Toast (and MANY more) for positions I am more than qualified for. I usually get rejected from Toast positions within 20 mins of applying. Lol. All the others, I get rejected despite having all the qualifications needed except that exact title at previous roles. I am in Events Management/ops/client facing/stakeholder relations/IT support/client success experience. I have worked contract work with the biggest brands in tech, gaming, and VR. Managed teams of up to 50.
Do I need to be 100% qualified for these roles?
I am trying to make 100k in 2022. No excuses.

Candidly, if you have 14 YOE, stop applying to entry-level roles such as “recruitment coordinator”. Middle managers in their late 20s/early 30s aren’t dying to have older direct reports and unfortunately tech recruiters can be ageist and can and will automatically disqualify “older” candidates.
What kind of roles are you applying to? Get clear on what position(s) you’re seeking and stop reusing the same resume to get your foot in the door, tailor them to the specific role and play up your biggest accomplishments.
Best of luck
Do you have a good resume? Does it feel like you will be successful, if a stranger were to read it?
I suggest having others review your resume or paying for a resume review service.
Also IT support with 14 YOE should pass $100k
