I am a Cloud Support Engineer who is trying to relocate from US to India for personal reasons. I have 4 years experience in Cloud Support and total 6 years in Customer Support.

I work in high
Priority issues, escalations and incidents primarily. My responsibilities are actually increasing after moving . I am not confident about the offer provided . I feel it’s less

Could someone help
Me with the average salary / total compensation that can be expected for this position in the present market in India , this would help me negotiate

    Hum hi hum hai. Baki sab paani kam hai.

    For support roles even 20LPA is looked upon as a high package unless you are into networking support (you have CCNA, CCIE etc. certifications).

      This is not exactly networking support. But there is Troubleshooting network , API , cloud (aws) issues etc and have aws certification . Thanks for your comment
