Hi, I am interviewing with Stripe and I am really excited about the opportunity and would like to give myself as much of an opportunity to do well as possible.
I had an initial call which seemed like it was positive. It was actually with an engineering manager as their recruiters are swamped apparently. He was extremely nice and seemed like the kind of person who would be great to work with.
He offered to be available by email for any questions so I am thinking of asking him what I am asking here — how can I prepare to give myself the best chance of succeeding or at least just representing my skills well? I know the process is not LC and more working through building something so less easy to prepare for, but are there some common pitfalls that I might keep in mind?

My main focus so far is to really hone in on testing in the interview. It also sounds like there may be an expectation or at least just an advantage for you to be ready to pull up your own IDE and share screen rather than just using the CoderPad.
