Software engineer with 2 YOE, taking this job will essentially double my TC, but I’m wondering if I should hold out and take something better later.

  • You should join, it is alright here.
    People don’t stay on the kitchens or at coffee machines chatting for hours.
    You can find here some very smart people especially in c++ departments. Interesting facts:
    -programmers rule the company,
    -many managers still programming
    - flat structure
    - no teams(mostly), work as individual contributor.
