How is working at Interactive Brokers?
Software engineer with 2 YOE, taking this job will essentially double my TC, but I’m wondering if I should hold out and take something better later. TC 80k

You should join, it is alright here. People don’t stay on the kitchens or at coffee machines chatting for hours. You can find here some very smart people especially in c++ departments. Interesting facts: -programmers rule the company, -many managers still programming - flat structure - no teams(mostly), work as individual contributor.
