You can find here some very smart people especially in c++ departments. Interesting facts:
-programmers rule the company,
-many managers still programming
- flat structure
- no teams(mostly), work as individual contributor.
Even if it's hell for a year or two that seems like an opportunity that will be hard to get unless you have something else in the pipeline with like faang
