2. Tips - make sure you have good negotiating offers. Uber, Airbnb, Lyft and similar unicorns are your best bet since they offer outrageous shares (even though its air money). Also read βhow to not bomb your offer negotiationβ part 1 and 2. Super helpful.
3. Yes 800 is for 4 years, 200 per year.
