Stripe Offer: 135 Base, $80K RSU per year (Annual Value Grant), $50K signing, 10% bonus
Plaid Offer: 135 Base, $250K RSU/4 yrs, $25K signing
Team is unknown for both. Stripe has annual value grants which limit upside but I may be able to start early 2022 to join before potential IPO (unclear when that would be).

If I were you, I'd join Plaid for the following reasons
- still pre IPO, you could walk away in a few years with 2x-3xing equity. This could also happen with Stripe, but more likely with Plaid given their low valuation and room for growth.
- Stripe is a much bigger company at this point, and at Plaid you will might get more responsibilities, and potentially faster career growth.
However, none of this matters if you actually want to start saving $ in your bank account from day 1. If this is important to you (which for most people is, and it's no shame in having it be... not everyone has a trust fund) then go take Stripe.
It'll be great for you resume. They have a great culture (even though they might be a bit too preachy for my liking), and I'm sure as a new grad you will learn a lot.
There’s no one thing between the two of them that hands down makes me choose either.
