#servicenow hello servicenow folks. I have an offer from SN and I have a few questions about it: background: positon IC4 Staff. comp offered: 185k base 20% bonus and 50k RSU per year current comp: 200k questions: 1) how is the work life balance? 2) what do you think about the comp, is there wiggle room and how much? thank you.
Intuit seems like a really good company. A pay cut?
Do you mean SN is not as good as Intuit?
Intuit is a good company no doubt. Which is why I am confused. I also wanna see how much can I negotiate on RSUs.
At this point it’s like a private joke in the company that half of our engineers come from intuit. So I guess intuit people are very happy here. I would pick a platform team if you can, the org is chill and work is interesting
Thanks for your feedback! Do you feel there is WLB in service now? I am worried about that as Intuit has great WLB.
WLB is not great....company is more and more focused around rapid releases so engineering is constantly scrambling to get things done.
hey actionTim messaged u something

What about the yearly refreshers? Did you check with recruiter on if it is fixed?
