Tier 1 - Nvidia / Google / Apple / Qualcomm
Tier 2 - Intel / AMD / Broadcom

Does Apple do semiconductor work in India?
I personally think ARM is tier 1(but to be frank I haven't worked anywhere else)
Even Google and Nvidia are not able to match Broadcom compensation for the same level.
