To IPO, the company should show 2-3 strong quarters. It's gonna be tough for Airbnb now, as travel industry will continue to be bad for a while
Though the fundamental issue with Airbnb is that they are way too big. 7.5k employee, really?? 1000 designers??? If they were a 10b company with fewer people, they wouldn't have any issue.
It was like they were aiming for global total domination or something. Too much ambition fails sometimes.
They 100% have to IPO next year due to RSU expiration for early employees & shareholders. No way around it.
