Hiring Manager getting vaccine during my interview project presentation (never saw my slide deck)
Was in the project stage of an interview with ServiceTitan.
1. Phone screen
2. Hiring manager
3. Project / presentation for two other hiring managers
I created a presentation and had a video call to present, one of the two managers were on video the other was phone only, literally getting their covid shot. They got jabbed during this call.
I can’t imagine being more unprofessional, not only did he not take any time to look at the presentation I had made, but was doing something else and was asking me questions on things I very specifically mentioned already. It would be like If I had said “the sky is blue” and 2 mins later they ask me “yah but what color is the sky?”
I have not heard back from them yet, if they don’t hire me I won’t be surprised bc of whatever bullshit that manager was doing and not paying attention to. What a demoralizing waste of time.

Repeat this 3 times in your head and tell me you haven’t done something similar in one of ur meetings.
Maybe not a shot, but had mouthful of stuff and talking j eating at same time.

Asking you questions multiple times- are you a newbie in interviews?
Let’s turn the table around and say you got last min vaccine appointment. You are still calling in with the interviews rather than leaving high n dry.
But wait for that, you need EQ which you clearly don’t have.
next time you create a highly detailed power point presentation where you built out a financial model and forecasted revenue for 12 months and are going into specific details on the numbers on that page, let me know how that goes.

And if they reschedule how is that ghosting? If they just didn’t show up or ever reply again that is but seriously how is rescheduling being ghosted. I literally cannot fathom where your head is.
