It is a driverless car company -YOE: 5 -first employee in this role, built out all the processes -supervises 8 employees -team lead for vehicle operations Been there for a few years so getting trapped in the incremental increases as opposed to new hires who come in at a higher base. They’ve given a couple of option refreshes, but I dont think its enough. Apologies if thats not enough info
