Hcl tech consulting does not pay well. Try wayfair. Hcl best u can hope for is 175-200k. Base 150 then some bonus.

Since you mentioned, what is Wayfair reputation? I saw some bad reviews in Glassdoor, they seemed a bit dated (2y back). Frequent unreasonable layoffs, political and others.

Every growing org has a bit of that but they r still growing and lot of opportunities to make an impact there and grow fast
