Appreciate input from the community, please. Currently in sales/biz ops... 13 years total work experience excluding engineering masters and MBA from top-15 schools. Moved from engineering to various business functions and finally in sales S&P, ops. Great work. High visibility. Well regarded. 160k base + 25% bonus and ~40k equity per year. I know the base is *below* the mid point for current grade level. How does this compare with sales/biz ops, strategy and planning at other big techs? Especially looking for comparables such as AWS, VMware, Google cloud, Microsoft, etc.
This is bad. This is only equivalent to 5 yrs experience or so though our bonus is lower at 15%
Looks pretty good
