salesforce smts offer

base 165k sign on 50k rsu 100k ( 25/ year) bonus 15% total 262k for 1 year then 212k is this a good smts offer for non bay area? I am already getting 215k at amazon. Do they go more than this? or should i just reject. current tc 215k yoe 7 location seattle
