Currently at GCP and got an interview for a role paying 40-60% more than my current role at AWS ($425-475k vs. $300k) on the East Coast.
Ignoring the obvious increase in comp (especially because the variable compensation is much lower at AWS which means lower earning potential on a good year) can any salespeople who have worked at both share their thoughts on the culture?
