series c startup or fb?
what would you do - i am non-tech, early 30s, no kids but likely getting married in a couple years a) cush job at fb, 35hr weeks, no learning, i am respected and encouraged to transition to management, 380k tc b) high growth series c startup, lead and grow out organization, high learning, 200k salary, equity ~100k/yr

You canโt pay the bills with equity. So unless you own your home outright Iโd stick with the cushy job for now.

Never get too comfortable in your job. I did the same mistake at FB and wished I had moved sometime ago
