severance at cognizant
does CTS offer any severance package on termination? termination is due to being on bench from a few months and CTS unable to provide any project.

In situations like this I would imagine some sort of severance package is provided. But I am not sure

Severance is solely at the company's discretion. If they feel bad there weren't any gigs for you then you'll probably get something.

No, unless it was built into your contract.
So you'll lose your H1b?
that’s not the agenda here
But that's much more important than the money you'll get as severance.
