Choosing Adobe over Microsoft
Hi Folks !! I have offers from both Adobe and Microsoft for Noida location. I am choosing Adobe over Microsoft as team in Adobe is more stable and Adobe is paying little higher side . YOE-6.5 Adobe Offer - 57+ JB (1st yr-10 , 2nd yr - 8 , 3rd yr -6) Team- Adobe Experience Manager Assets Position-CS1 Microsoft offer - 57 + JB (1st yr - 5.5 , 2nd yr - 1.5) Team- New team ( probably microsoft Sway) Position-L62 Please help me should I go with Adobe or not? As not so much sure about microsoft team and joining bonus is too high at Adobe. #tech #adobe #microsoft #faang #software #career
I’m a fresher . My 2 cents are, new team (if it’s product related) can pave way for more impact and hence faster promo/increment . Would love to hear from more experienced folks
It's not exactly new work from scratch, work gonna be transferred from Redmond office to Noida office. Product is already there in production Microsoft Sway
You would be suprised to know that all AEM leaders have moved to MS Noida. I wonder what made you think that team is stable. New team gives you more impact because you know more about the system as team grows.
Reason I know this because I work with 6 folks in my team who moved from AEM
Microsoft is new in Noida and previously there was not any better company in NCR so folks are pretty stable there in Adobe but now they get an option to make a switch and get a good hike . I think this is the primary reason of moving folks from Adobe to Microsoft. I discussed with a lot of Adobe people and it seems there is not any internal issue with the team it's just people are moving to Microsoft to make a switch and get some hike
@Microsoft are you from HR dept? Trying to convince OP in every possible way that Microsoft noida is better than Adobe 😅
