I don't think that matters though. Shitty tc is shitty tc regardless of who calls it out. It is not a you vs me but an us vs them.
Second, Workday avg tc is rather shitty agree, but like all big companies there are roles with more pay than others. Workday is no different.
Last but most importantly, I have to agree roku is shit. You guys will not have any biz in 3-5 years if it continues this bad.
Some companies like to speak more than do but again without the external hype no one will join them.
Hope things get better for you in your line of business.
I have always seen European colleagues make less than my compatriots here in the US. I guess itβs the nature of the job market.
