Question is in the title. I’m currently in the negotiation stage for Meta and I’m trying to figure out how much room there is for negotiation.
Does Meta ask for proof of competing offers? I’m currently finishing up interviews elsewhere, but don’t have official offers and don’t really want to go through the process just to negotiate with Meta.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

If they press for you to get the other offer in writing, say they will give you the written offer after you accept the verbal (it’s a common policy). Fb recruiter probably won’t tell you to accept the competing offer :)
