shopify stock refresher for employees
#shopify Hi folks i am evaluating an offer from Shopify and wanted to understand the frequency and value of stock refreshers. i am assuming refreshers are given every year but wanted to check in terms of value if this is a significant amount... i am joining as Sr. Product Manager. Equity is evaluated as part of total comp regularly. It's not on a fixed yearly schedule but most people will get new grants more or less frequently depending on performance, promotion, etc. I've gotten five grants over five years.
