Can you share your experience working for A&M if possible for healthcare work? I have an offer for senior associate position but I’m not sure if I should be going this route specially for travel and compensation structure reasons. Anything???
I’ve found A&M to have an unexpectedly positive empowerment culture, where the right initiatives can be quickly rewarded.
Don’t work in healthcare but generally you will have to travel a lot yes. And the compensation structure does have a very large bonus component. This can be good or bad depending on your point of view and risk tolerance. You can have a very very good year or not that great but it always worked out pretty good for me so far
