splunk P4 offer expectations
Happy New Year Evryone! splunk is extending an offer for P4 (Sr. Salesforce Developer). They are expecting me to come with the numbers. It would be great if one can suggest based on the current trends. YOE : 5 Currently working for Salesforce. #splunk #salesforce

Depends on how well you did in an interview. I've recently got an offer and they beat Apple, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Microsoft numbers by long shot.

I came in as a P4 SWE and received a $15,000 sign on bonus 2 years ago. I’d say you could land $175,000 base with 1,200 RSU’s at the current market rate. If you’d gotten in a year or two before - RSU would be higher. Good luck.
